Geil A special thanks to Ralph and Karen Geil for their constant support and contribution to the HCAC was given at our Annual Meeting held on July 7, 2010. Alice Watson Honored at Members' Meeting in July 2009
 The Arts Council was pleased to name Alice Watson as the 2009 Special Friend of the Henry
County Arts Council. Alice has served the Arts Council in many ways over the years. Alice created the popular
DepART for the Arts program that has taken individuals to venues such as the Toledo Botanical Gardens, Toledo Museum of Arts,
Fort Wayne Lincoln Museum, and the Putman County Catholic Churches. The Council could depend upon Alice to help hang
Art Shows and contribute her time and talents in so many ways. She has moved out of the area because of her husband's
position at Howe Military School. We miss her but know she will keep active in the arts in Indiana.

Members' Meeting
At the 2008 Members' Meeting, we thanked our Special Friends. Nancy L. Glaser has served as a board member, treasurer, volunteer, and one who has donated financially beyond membership dues. Jasha Chiaverini and Lynett Smith of D & G Gold Outlet were instrumental in the success of our First Community Family Fund Day in May 2008.
