An Invitation to Northwest Ohio
Artists & Skilled Crafters

Northwest Ohio artists and skilled crafters are invited to display their works in our Fine Arts Gift Gallery at the Henry County Arts Council (HCAC) in Napoleon, Ohio.

The HCAC will provide space on a rental basis on first come, first served basis.

The Artist will be required to pay the agreed rent in advance. Rent will vary depending on location and size of display area.

Displays should be original and creative. Seasonal decorations are encouraged.

All Art and Crafts must be juried by the HCAC prior to obtaining a contract. All display stands/tables, backdrops, etc. must also be approved by the Council.

HCAC will pay the Artist for all sales at the end of each month. We prefer that you make arrangements to pick your check up and review your display at the same time. However, other arrangements may be made, if necessary.

Artists and Crafters are required to be members of the HCAC and are required to donate four hours per month of volunteer time working in the HCAC.*

*A 50% surcharge will assessed to non-volunteers

HCAC will provide bags for artwork/crafts sold, however, the Artist may choose to provide his or her own bag or packaging. Artists may discreetly display business cards and/or small photo albums of other available art works.

HCAC will not collect sales tax. Each Artist will be responsible for paying taxes due.

All items are accepted at owner's risk. All items to be hung must be securely fastened.

Safety and fire regulations must be observed. HCAC is a smoke free facility.

Display Area Monthly Pricing

• Wall Space: $6 per running foot from floor to ceiling
• Shelf Space: $4 per individual shelf (Shelves average 4 or 5 feet long by 1 foot wide)
• Wall Space Under Shelves: $2 per running foot
